UCLA Health
About The Project
Persistent roof leaks at UCLA Health’s Calabasas Primary & Specialty Care clinic were disrupting operations and requiring costly, ongoing repairs. LA Design Builders was selected to deliver a long-term solution while keeping the facility fully operational.
The 25,000+ square-foot roof underwent extensive preparation, repair, and waterproofing before the installation of a seamless elastomeric roofing system designed to eliminate recurring leaks and extend the life of the existing roof.
Major work was scheduled on weekends to minimize disruption to patient care, while new rooftop traffic pads improved access to equipment and protected the restored system from maintenance traffic.
The result: a durable, long-term solution that improved rooftop safety, reduced maintenance needs, and kept clinical operations running without interruption.
