About The Project
The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) purchased a 10,000+ square-foot shell building in Echo Park to accommodate its growing team and programs. With its existing lease nearing expiration, LA Design Builders was selected to transform the vacant space into a fully operational headquarters on a fixed timeline.

The complete build-out included new offices, conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, restrooms, plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC upgrades, interior finishes, flooring, painting, and a new roofing system.

Careful coordination of construction, procurement, and inspections kept the project on schedule, with the entire renovation completed in just four months. ARC was able to transition seamlessly into a modern, functional headquarters designed to support its continued growth.
